I had solid plumbing & drains come out to make some repairs on the drains for both my toilets and replaced my outdated laundry box that was not working. The techs Emmanuel and Mario were so professional, fast, and knew exactly what the problem was. They even went the extra mile and hooked up my washer and dryer once they finished the repairs. I had some landscape drain problems. Had one of the TV big company over and they essentially said they needed to bust up my concrete patio etc etc and they would not touch a lateral drain. Got in touch with Mario and had a great conversation with him on the problem. He came over with his crew Emanuel and Angel. Mario diagnosed the issue and created a plan of attack. The main drain line was full of roots but he got them and the issue if FIXED.  They were pleasant to deal with, very professional and did a great job. Solid Company & Drains Representatives reported as scheduled and came with an attitude of getting  the job done.  They secured their ladder, hopped up in the attic and within 5 minutes Mario had determined the problem. He took pictures of the area and sent them to me on my phone.  He explained each photo.  Incredible!  Additionally, he suggested that I get  a specialty company to use special tools to determine if there is additional water damage in the wall area that they could not see.  I really appreciated that suggestion.
